Our experience begins at Elafotopos, where our friends Lena and Kostas will be waiting for us to show us around their farm.
An authentic experience of rural life in Zagori awaits us as we become assistants to Lena and Kostas in their agricultural work.
After collecting our products, we will return to the kitchen of their traditional guest house, learn how to manage the milk, make butter in the traditional way and all the secrets of producing local cheese products, and cook our lunch together. There we will learn how to make traditional pies and other traditional foods.
While we prepare our meal, Lena will take us on a tour of her workshop, where she makes traditional fabrics and dyes them with natural dyes from herbs and various plants.
